V\u00fdskum kombinoval met\u00f3dy eye trackingu a facereadingu so zberom dotazn\u00edkov\u00fdch odpoved\u00ed, v\u010faka \u010domu sme z\u00edskali hlb\u0161\u00ed poh\u013ead na kognit\u00edvne aj emocion\u00e1lne spr\u00e1vanie n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov str\u00e1nky. Zistenia uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee hoci podstr\u00e1nka pln\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00fd \u00fa\u010del, niektor\u00e9 \u010dasti \u2013 najm\u00e4 vysvetlenie v\u00fdpo\u010dtu sk\u00f3re \u2013 si vy\u017eaduj\u00fa \u00fapravu smerom k vy\u0161\u0161ej zrozumite\u013enosti. V r\u00e1mci na\u0161ich odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed navrhujeme zjednodu\u0161enie vizu\u00e1lnej interpret\u00e1cie v\u00fdpo\u010dtu, preh\u013eadnej\u0161ie grafick\u00e9 zv\u00fdraznenie k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch prvkov \u010di doplnenie interakt\u00edvnych prvkov, ktor\u00e9 by pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eom umo\u017enili lep\u0161ie porozumie\u0165 bodov\u00e9mu prira\u010fovaniu priazniv\u00fdch a nepriazniv\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 odpor\u00fa\u010dame do bud\u00facna posilni\u0165 vysvet\u013eovanie toho, \u017ee Nutri-Score m\u00e1 v\u00fdlu\u010dne informat\u00edvny charakter a nevypoved\u00e1 o tom, \u010di je potravina zdrav\u00e1 alebo nezdrav\u00e1. V\u00fdskum op\u00e4\u0165 potvrdil, \u017ee citliv\u00e9 nastavenie digit\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie v oblasti v\u00fd\u017eivy m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdznamne ovplyvni\u0165 rozhodovanie spotrebite\u013eov a prispie\u0165 k informovan\u00e9mu v\u00fdberu v predajni.
