Cie\u013eom v\u00fdskumu bolo identifikova\u0165, ako slovensk\u00ed spotrebitelia (n=1000)\u00a0tieto form\u00e1ty vn\u00edmaj\u00fa, do akej miery im rozumej\u00fa a ak\u00fd vplyv m\u00e1 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 t\u00fdchto ozna\u010den\u00ed na ich n\u00e1kupn\u00e9 rozhodovanie. V\u00fdskum bol realizovan\u00fd prostredn\u00edctvom online prieskumu na reprezentat\u00edvnej vzorke respondentov. Zamerali sme sa nielen na to, ako jednotliv\u00e9 modely ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa v\u00fdber konkr\u00e9tnych potrav\u00edn v r\u00f4znych kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ch, ale aj na to, ako spotrebitelia pracuj\u00fa s inform\u00e1ciou o v\u00fd\u017eivovej hodnote \u2013 \u010di jej d\u00f4veruj\u00fa, \u010di ju pova\u017euj\u00fa za u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fa a do akej miery ovplyv\u0148uje ich n\u00e1kupn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie. V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 ozna\u010dovanie dok\u00e1\u017ee zohra\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u00falohu pri v\u00fdbere potrav\u00edn, av\u0161ak miera pochopenia a d\u00f4very sa l\u00ed\u0161i v z\u00e1vislosti od vizu\u00e1lneho spracovania, zrozumite\u013enosti a samotn\u00e9ho princ\u00edpu fungovania zna\u010denia. Zistenia z\u00e1rove\u0148 uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee mnoh\u00ed spotrebitelia maj\u00fa z\u00e1ujem o jasn\u00e9, r\u00fdchlo pochopite\u013en\u00e9 ozna\u010denie, ktor\u00e9 im pom\u00f4\u017ee pri r\u00fdchlych n\u00e1kupn\u00fdch rozhodnutiach, no z\u00e1rove\u0148 po\u017eaduj\u00fa transparentnos\u0165 a mo\u017enos\u0165 dopl\u0148uj\u00facich inform\u00e1ci\u00ed. Tento v\u00fdskum op\u00e4\u0165 potvrdil, \u017ee dobre nastaven\u00e1 a odborne komunikovan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 eduk\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 priamy spolo\u010densk\u00fd dopad\u00a0\u2013 v podobe informovanej\u0161\u00edch rozhodnut\u00ed a podpory zdrav\u0161ieho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu.
